Look PP206 pedals are a steal - lighter than any other Look excpet the Keo, which was just released, and cheaper than almost any other Look. They have adjustable relese tension and have good float with the red cleats.
The Looks have a nice wide platform - I used SPDs before my Looks and I'll never go back.
Advice: spend some money on the shoes - you generally get what you pay for.
