Just get the Continental Force/Attack set. Outstanding tires that strike a good comprimise between weight and robustness and, will go the distance with a minimum of worry. Maybe not better than anything else but, these do have a reasonably well thought out design philosophy behind them. I weigh 200 lbs, have logged plenty of miles, and have yet to have a flat with them (knock on wood). Just get the standard tube - you don't need to be saving grams here.
