For that matter, how did Raleigh/Carlton/Motobecane install headbadge rivets? Did they have a special deadman that fit inside the headtube?
In my toolbox is a punch that's got a hollow point; but it's not large enough for an aluminum bike rivet -- perhaps there's a larger version of this.
I plan to install a headbadge using silicone sealant, and use silicone to install the rivets too (cut down a bit).
