I have a Dinotte headlight on my handlebars, another on my helmet (in the wintertime), and one of their tail lights, powered by their Li-Ion battery packs. No issues in rain, snow, sleet, sun, or slightly overcast.

It is cool to see how fast a snowflake melts when it hits that headlight
