Ride the Nishiki to start with. I started with 1500 miles on a used 83 Nishiki.
Got a Felt F-80 on Sale after I got in shape .
You will still most likely need new tires and tubes.
Look for tires on sale. Found $10 tires and put them on. Had No Flats.
