soonerbills, when evaluating the difference, quite a bit depends on the year of the bike. Assuming its a mid or late 80s bike, the big difference is the World has a high tensile steel frame and the World Sport is chromoly. Depending on the year there may be other differences like alloy rims vs steel rims, front QR vs no QR. The components might be nicer on the World Sport, but IMHO, that usually is no big deal.
