I did my first century ever last Saturday on fixed. I'm apparently a good planner: 100.66 miles. I didn't leave town to do it but did 8 laps of a local bike path plus a trip to the hardware store to replace a very tired seatpost bolt. Like an idiot I got up Sunday morning and did another one, but on a multi-speed bike. It was quite the death-march at the end, but 230 miles in a weekend definitely tops the 90 or so maximum I'd done prior to that. There's not much time left up North for pleasant riding, so I'm cramming the miles in while I can.
