Hey all,
This post is just to celebrate my happiness. For four years I have wanted my wife to ride with me and she has finally bit the bullet. The oddest part is that she suggested it. I guess she was tired of joining me while pulling my son in the Burly and her on the roller blades for 9 miles.
We went to the bike shop today and I decided to interject as little as possible. I wanted her to find the best bike with the best fit no matter the brand, components or color. She picked out a new model by Specialized. Apparently for 2009 they have a new Globe series that looks remarkably like the current Crossroads. She hasn't ridden in 19 years but did very well on her first ride with me.
