could be a Bianchi, but the only Hybrid or City bikes I saw from them (via Taiwan) did not have celeste paint nor that rear brake location, that seems to my mind to be strictly a short-lived Mtn. bike trick. So, tho I'm prepared to be wrong, are you sure it can take 700C wheels? Will cantilevers reach the rim (on the fork with a 700C wheel mounted)?
