Is it an early Boardwalk? I don't know when Bianchi got into the Hybrid biz, but they certainly were in it by the early 90s (I've got one). Is it possible this is an early model? BTW, my Boardwalk is not Celeste, its that dull Bianchi blue.
EDIT, If its a Boardwalk, it will take 700C with wide tires.
