How about CAT threads on a bike forum? Seriously though, we've had pets and music since I signed up, so I don't think the OT personal-interest threads themselves are that harmful. Some people like to tinker with mechanical things and fighting about it like this isn't going to change anyone's minds about it. If you don't like it, you can choose to skip it. Cars are problematic and the car vs. bike argument will go on for sure, but I don't think people should invade the car threads just to pick a fight. BUT for those who start a "my car and my bike" thread, why not list it as OT out of courtesy?
