^^^ The course was mostly flat, with some rolling hills, and I slowed down more than I liked when going up some of the hills. Next week I may try 53-20.
My basic target speed is 23 mph so a 53-18 at 100 rpm (my favorite cadence) is about 22mph, I slowed more than usual going up the hills. I doubt I will be able to match my geared bike time on the SS, but 53-20 may get me closer due to not slowing as much up the hills.
