Anybody have pics of Fixie's set up for TT's? You know, disc/spoked wheels and a aero bars and such. Just have some "funny" ideas and some time on my hands............

I did my first TT on a SS last night. No pics. It already had basebars, and I borrowed clip on aerobars. I geared it 53-18. It is a mostly flat course of 10.2 miles, my usual time is 29:15-29:50 on my road bike. SS was 32:14 by my timer, the official results haven't been posted yet. I was very slightly overgeared for the course and my ability.

the thing about a timetrial is, as long as it's not hilly, you're not going to do any shifting anyway so gears aren't typically necessary.
a tt with hills is a different story, though... your objective in a tt is to perform just at your lactic threshold so as not to blow up; climbing in a big speed ratio sorta hinders that.

I've done two triathlons on my fixed gear. It already had bullhorn bars so i swapped over my aerobars from my regular road bike.
Not the best pic, but here's one from a triathlon earlier this year:

As long as the course is (mostly) flat, you'll be fine. My bike is geared 46-17.

^^^ The course was mostly flat, with some rolling hills, and I slowed down more than I liked when going up some of the hills. Next week I may try 53-20.
My basic target speed is 23 mph so a 53-18 at 100 rpm (my favorite cadence) is about 22mph, I slowed more than usual going up the hills. I doubt I will be able to match my geared bike time on the SS, but 53-20 may get me closer due to not slowing as much up the hills.
