Forgive my heresy

Forgive my heresy, but that is an excellent candidate for fixed-gear conversion. No braze-ons, nice condition frame.

Lose all of the components and it gets MUCH lighter. I did it with an old 70s frame and it is a great bike that you can actually lift. Lose the clamp-on levers, clamp-on cable guides, and it looks like it was meant to be SS or FG.

And who knows, maybe you get $30-40 for some of the components and you can treat yourself to a nice seatpost.
