Black spokes are a dangerous thing at 4:30am in the pouring rain. Drivers don't see you properly in those conditions, but with black spokes there even less shiny stuff to catch their eye. I almost got creamed at a little roundabout (ridiculous fargin devices they are) on Wednesday. Thank {insert deity of your choice here} that I was only cruising at E1. And yes I have a bright light on the front, but apparently drivers can't see that either. I'm thinking of hiring one of those spotlights on a trailer that you see outside movie theatres every so often. That might werk
