Hmmm - didn't realize Tx has an oil pipeline. I thought it was all local production and the off shore stuff in the Gulf. Droughts aren't any big deal - frankly more often than not we go through a dry season this time of year. Usually June through early Sept.

I went out to some pretty remote areas on my ride today. You know, all this bermuda/ St. Augustine non-native stuff is dying by the yard full but the native plants are looking awesome. It made some nice scenery to ride through. Almost wished I had my camera. I think I'm going to go dig some of this stuff up and put it in my yard so I'll have something un-brown.
