I think Chop-Fliping B123 wouldn't do me good because that the curling-up part of the bar would be quite far from me. Also, I think that curvy roof is gonna make your upright flat bar position uncomfy, leaving you with only ONE practical position. I just chopped B105 (pretty much run-of-mill drop bar) and it has three positions.
If you really want a narrow bullhorn, what you ought to search is another Nitto model. B263. This comes at 300mm. ... I have no clue how you are gonna benefit from such narrow bullhorn. ...

You can see a real one if you in Tokyo. There is one with B123 chop-flip in Jinbocho ... and this one is blue. This made me reallly wanna make one myself, but it appears I can't use it without hurting myself.
