Similar hard trunks with mounting hardware are sold at scooter stores starting at $40.00. Of course, prices go up from there.

As a note, I have seen these things selling in China for $2.00: brand spanking new in the shop. Somewhere during the trip between China and the USA, the price magically becomes $40.00+ dollars.

Anyway, they are handy and can easily be mounted on a bicycle rear carrier. Is anybody else using these?

Yep, Thinking "outside the box" works everytime!!
