How to: Determine proper seatpost binder bolt

So this is a silly question....I've never had to source or replace a binder bolt before hence the question. The ears on my Peugeot's seat lug measure just about 25mm.
The inside diameter of the hole is 8mm which I assume is pretty standard. What size should I get? How about an 8x22?
My uneducated guess....

Thanks
