Is the bottom a setback that uses the QR, or does it use the threaded holes near the dropouts? Hard to tell from the pics.

How does the top attach? I don't have lugs near the seatstays, my road bike is too dainty Not particularly warm and fuzzy about the clamps that go to the seatpost, dunno if my CF seatpost will like that much.
