1000km or not?
This would be a question for those of you who have done a 1200km brevet. Next year will be the Vancouver island 1200, so I thought what better way to do my first ultra event then one that starts almost two blocks from house.
But I can't figure out if I should do a 1000km before hand or not. The 1000 that runs here would be the same route less 200km's.
Any help or insight might be appreciated.
