Ok, so you guys don't think much of the titanium chain. My frame is titanium, the bars, crank bolts, and cassette are all titanium, and it still weighs about 16kg. It's a mountain bike. A tandem at that. But there's no Tandem MTB American Married To Aussie Chook thread, so I gotta read yours to see what's going on. I could have bought my brother's Campy equipped Litespeed for under US$1000 before I moved. Maybe then I'd fit in? I can always steal it from him on my next trip overseas if it's worth anything here.
