Try "Shoe goo". It worked fine repairing the nose piece on my Julbo glasses. I had tried silicone first, but that didn't work for too long. -Or- try getting a replacement pair, apparently Julbo would have been happy to fix mine up, but it really didn't seem worth it.

I use: Julbo Advance Glacier Glasses. Pretty danged good! The lenses are still perfect, even after daily use on my year tour (and near daily since). Including riding through some nasty nasty dusty areas-near zero visibility.

I also use a strap/retainer, croakie brand I think-neoprene. Handy.
