What were they thinking?

I was just out cruising through town on our MUP that happens to pass by a park full youth soccer fields when I came upon a bit of a road block. I was really upset because this is not an entirely isolated event since the pathway shares the pavement with the parking lot for the park. I was steaming and I just couldn't get it off my mind for the next several miles. The driver of the two vehicles were nowhere to be found, so what I wanted to do was "accidentally" drive my bar ends into their paint jobs, but I took the high road. How does every one else handle a situation like this? Should I have just ignored it and chocked up to lazy idiots or should I have done what I wanted to teach them a lesson?
