ummm....I wouldn't. For a commuter I look for something that can take a beating. I need a bike that can bump off a sidewalk or hit a pothole and survive. I wouldn't trust that bike to survive those conditions just like I would race my Giant TranSend in a triathalon.
Does that bike even come with mounts for fenders and rack?
