I have the same rear blinkie and rack bag (PlanetBike SuperFlash and Topeak whatever DXP) - does the blinkie really stay in place for you? I tried where you put it and found it always sags and faces downwards, totally useless.

Love the back bag, I want to find one with the side bags. I have my back blinkie tied up with a piece of lanyard. Otherwise it faces down toward my rear reflector mounted on the bottom of the rack, which makes it very visible too. i would like to find an effective way to keep it pointed toward traffic.
