Love the back bag, I want to find one with the side bags. I have my back blinkie tied up with a piece of lanyard. Otherwise it faces down toward my rear reflector mounted on the bottom of the rack, which makes it very visible too. i would like to find an effective way to keep it pointed toward traffic.
The Explorer rack comes with a bracket that will hold the BP light. No problem with the angle on mine on that. I have a cheapo back up light on the bag with a piece of closed cell foam to try to keep it pointed up.
Updated picture of mine with the Trekking bars it now weares. That has thrown off my seat adjustment I had just got where I was happy with when it had the risers.
