Thanks for that. I'm sure I'll be fine though. The phisiology books show that the heel's a fair sized bone, so it might just be bruising. Don't know what they'd do if it was broken though? If they have to put a cast on, I'll have to see if they can mould a dura-ace cleat into the bottom of the thing.
And I hope your friend fixes up okay. Knee's can be a pain. (Damn, that's bad).
