My fenders just arrived and there is a dent in the front fender. It sits about halfway up the fender, in front of the pre-drilled hole where the fender connects to the fork crown. I think the dent is there for mounting reasons. I believe there are two ways to mount the fender, by using an L-bracket or by using a fork crown daruma that is provided with the fenders. When I mount the fender using the fork crown daruma, the dent sits directly in front of the fork crown, starring at me. If my bike had centerpull brakes the dent would be hidden but it has wide profile cantilevers, it is very exposed. If I mount using an L-bracket, the dent is hidden under the fork crown. Has anyone else had this problem?
