i'm using them right now...they're okay...they are easier to kick in...you only get about 3/4th the power transfer going to the pedals than if you used full clips and straps...pulling up on the pedals is harder and the half clips start to flex when you do...they're good if you don't do alot of uphill climbing or sprints...if you use them you should be running a brake as well...
