Man, I tried everything short of drugs: heavy & low, light & high, descending sets, different splits, all that Mentzer pre-exhaustion stuff....and I could eat 30g of protein every 3 hours without eating too much and getting fat.
Tape measure in the sock drawer. My neck and arms are nearly the same circumference. If you're training hard enough and sleeping enough....pile in more food. That'll kickstart some growth fo shizzle, my nizzle.
