If he were to truly file suit (which he won't be able to win because it is the truth not libel, check the auto-admit case going on), he'd have to pay filing fee's, attorney retainer, attorney hourly rate, cost for RPD and discovery. After all that he'd have the option to mediate/arbitrate/litigate. Litigating being the most expensive. If you assume the attorney is billing at $300 an hour, charges 1k for a day in court, and researches/prepares for the case for 30 hours. He'd be looking at an 11k legal bill at the least. How many cervelo P2C's and soloist's (profit per unit) does SBR have to sell to cover that fee?
