King lake is only 5 %.....so i dunno what you're thinking of out that way. There's more & better climbs where I am around the macedon ranges.....& anyway, climbing hills in tassie is a bit like sleeping with your sister......when ya ain't got nuffin else, whats a man to do!.....I've actually climbed that Mt wellington thing in Hobart....whats the gradient of that?....From memory, it was pretty tough at the bottom & then again right at the top.....maybe I've just blotted out the middle bits from my memory!
