the BB seems to have FRENCH threading. according to Sheldon brown's info on differences between english and french frames, all measurements indicate this frame to be a FRENCH FRAME.

i contacted Kirk from bikelugs.com and he's informed me that it should be a french frame from the 70s possibly by motobecane.
