178 is 5'10" right? 72 would be a healthy and maintainable climbing weight. Depending on your body structure and bone density you could get it down to 68 without too much trouble, but at some point weight loss will compromise performance and may even start to affect things like your immune system. Keep using beer to make sure this doesn't happen
