If you still have the NR FD and RD, patent 84 that came on the bike, I'd imagine completing the pkg with the cranks and calipers would be cool, but what levers?

I like the Mistral cranks. I like the Mono brakes. The original bike was already a mix. Now, you've got the Centurion bike that's pretty much a Cinelli, and if you use the Mistral cranks, Mono brakes, you'll be keeping with the "upscale mongrel" theme.
