LiveStrong yellow matches the color of "do not resuscitate" wristbands that some hospitals give to patients who don't want to be saved if their heart stops.

The Associated Press reports that hospitals in the BayCare Health Systems network are removing or taping over patients' LiveStrong bands for fear of a fatal mix-up.

The good news is that no LiveStrong supporters have mistakenly been allowed to die.

Wouldn't that make a great headline: "LA charged with Manslaughter. Livestrong Bands kill 17 in hospital massacre across 5 states"
