Nothing un-fancy!! Thats a Carlton Frameset, with 531 Main Tubes! Are the brakes Campy as well, even the Internationals came with Weinmann brakes. I also agree that it looks upgraded, the dropouts don't look like Campy drops and the read derailer has an adapter claw.
