It's a much different frame than the windycity that is actually a really good frame for the price ($170), very aggressive geometry, it's light weight with good tubing and well made. The lugged fork is nice looking chrome but very heavy. Decals are removable. It's not your typical Performance product, it's worth taking a look at.
