Its hard to do anything once you commit to a corner and your traction is reduced. This may be because of rain, dust or camber.

Lean into the curve then throw yourself to the outside of the curve (assuming that no car is coming towards you!!), and you will change direction ( to collide with the outside edge of the curve). Dont brake until you are on a straight line.

I try to pick a line so I enter curves wide, near the edge of my lane.
