Donate it to the thrift store of your choice, or if there is a bike co-op, to them. Kid's bikes generally have little value, and Columbia was pretty low end. But a good thrift store can turn it into profit, putting people to work and furthering their mission. So just find a thrift store that supports causes you agree with. I donate any/all kids bikes I come across.
