Yes I do speak fluent Italian, not only "proper" school Italian, but also "bicycle" Italian as spoken by most bike mechanics and bike racers, who frequently tend not to have spent overly much time in school ;-)

I am fluent can also help with German, French, and Dutch, and in a pinch in Spanish.
