I have a very Noob question. I just got an '88 Schwinn Prologue with Campy 7 speed and down tube friction shifters. The shift levers are not Campy and if I wanted to go all Campy could I put the shifters on in the picture from ebay and have indexed shifting in the rear or do I need to do a lot of other mods to make that happen?

I don't have to have indexed I just saw the levers and wanted to find out the possibilities.
