Conti tyres are the best in my opinion, and these look like similar the the 'Schwalbe Marathon Plus'. But they should be better as they are Continentals
The will be harder to push than a regular kevlar-layer or plain rubber tyre, but if you are cursed with frequent punctures, they could be the cure.
