Do people actually read the questions? He was asking about the other stuff... like gloves etc. Clothes after each ride, other stuff when needed. I do a wash once a week, where I do socks, arm warmers, gloves, etc. along with all my kits. I of course have enough clothes and socks to wear something different throughout the week. I have several sets of arm and knee warmers but usually once a week for the gloves is fine.
I don't wear a "beanie", can't help you there...
