That's actually a 'fake' De Rosa. Well, built by a different De Rosa than the one familiar to most. Note the bicycle wheel for an 'O' rather than the heart emblem.

I've been looking for one of these for a while, because it's built very close to where my mother was born, and I don't know many Italian framebuilders who work in Southern Italy.

That's quite close to my size, but it's far too expensive, especially given the component group.
