Be careful

The headtube length on BD track bikes is SHORT. I think the 54 has something like a 9.5 cm headtube, which means you'll need a significant amount of spacers beneath the stem to get the bars anywhere near parallel with your saddle. At 5'10" myself, I need a 55cm top tube and at least 12cm of headtube to ride comfortably on the hoods or in the drops. As with most track frames, there is a large saddle to bar drop. So, unless you plan on riding in the velodrome, you'll need to figure out a way to raise the stem.
