eh... the 54 may fit you a bit better. I'm 5'10" with 32"inseam and found the 54 fuji track to be comfortable, and the track is the same frame as teh hour

depends on how long your legs are. I'm 5'10 and 56cm fits fine for me.

Yeah i'm 5'11 and ride a 56 or 57, so i'm sure you would be fine riding a 56 or 55, like the fellow above me said it can depend on your legs too. Good luck.

I'm 5'9" and ride a 56cm. That's as big as I'll go, so 54 or 56 will probably work fine unless you're horribly misshapen.

Be careful

The headtube length on BD track bikes is SHORT. I think the 54 has something like a 9.5 cm headtube, which means you'll need a significant amount of spacers beneath the stem to get the bars anywhere near parallel with your saddle. At 5'10" myself, I need a 55cm top tube and at least 12cm of headtube to ride comfortably on the hoods or in the drops. As with most track frames, there is a large saddle to bar drop. So, unless you plan on riding in the velodrome, you'll need to figure out a way to raise the stem.

...or you could just work on your flexibility. Many people manage to ride BD bikes without installing spacers, bro.
