UA coldgear acts too much like a sponge and holds the moisture. In an hour commute with 1500 ft of climbing I get a good test of equipment. UA coldgear has me arriving at work with the base layer much more moist than UA heatgear.
If it works for you, great. But its not what I would recommend to others.
