When I was a kid, I did not know frames came in different sizes. I'm not sure the 20", 24" and 26" bikes did. Once I got into better bikes, I found they had frame sizes. My point is the someone calling a bike a 24" because it has 24" wheels is a mistake, but an understandable one. Not everyone has been exposted to anything better than wal-mart bikes.
